Absolutely fantastic - worked with Gavin to create a bespoke Engagement Ring from my own Design, and couldn't be more pleased with the result. Gavin is a really friendly guy and took me through the whole process, including explaining and showing various diamonds, metals and ring types until we got the perfect one.She said yes to me, so should be testament enough to Gavin's fine handy work.

Unfortunately I had my engagement ring stolen in a burglary. It had been purchased in the '70s, from a small independent designer, so it wasn't possible to find anything similar. I found Gavin from internet research and I'm so glad I did. I asked him to re-create it from a photo (small and not very clear). Gavin did an amazing job at a very fair price. Most of the communication had to take place at distance but he consulted thoroughly at every stage, sourced a top quality moonstone and modified the design in discussion with me until it was just as I wanted. Gavin pays great attention to detail and always gets back to you, so it's no problem not being local to his workshop. I would definitely recommend Gavin to anyone wanting a personal design and will definitely choose to ask him for any other items of jewellery I may want replaced in the future.
