I would recommend Gavin to anyone looking for high quality, bespoke jewellery, and great prices. As well as the great quality and value he provides a personal service second to none.

We chose Gavin to make our wedding rings, and he’s knowledge and advice was invaluable to help us create the design we both required. Both of the rings are just like the pictures we had in our heads when we first met Gavin. He was able to easily understand our requirements and designed the rings exactly as required.

We had them made months before, but after the wedding with the colder weather mine felt loose, Gavin altered this free of charge within a couple of days. Something that wouldn’t happen in a high street shop.

We will definitely use him again if we are looking for something special.

I contacted Gavin after he was recommended to me as I was interested in altering my engagement ring but wasn't entirely sure what was possible. I don't live locally and was unable to visit Gavin in person but we were able to complete the whole process by phone and e-mail without any problems. Gavin was patient, knowledgeable and professional throughout this process and I always felt confident in his opinion and expertise. The finished ring arrived today and I am completely thrilled with the result! It is so beautiful and exactly what I wanted - I can't stop looking at it! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gavin to anyone with any kind of jewellery requirement as I've no doubt he could produce what you're looking for.

I am a returning customer of Gavin's for a 3rd time! I now no longer live near but managed everything over the phone and Gavin recreated exactly what I wanted for my husbands special birthday. Gavin, I can't thank you enough for the pendant you have created, it's so beautiful and I know will last forever. Can't wait for him to see it xx

Gavin made my engagement ring and it's the most beautiful ring I've ever seen, after two years it still looks exactly the same as when I first got it, we will definitely be getting gavin to make our wedding rings when the time comes X X
