What an absolute diamond! Nothing is ever any trouble for Gavin, I asked him to re-shape 2 rings, put 2 garnet stones back in a ring and make my engagement ring smaller. I dropped these off on Saturday and had them back and finished by Monday night and they were so so shiny! I've never seen them look as shiny before. We wanted to recognise our 25th Anniversary with a ring for Mandy and cufflinks for me, but with a twist... Gavin came up with the idea of setting into them gemstones signifying the birthdates of us, our three daughters, and two grandsons. BRILLIANT!! I happened to come across Gavin's website while helping my son search for an engagement ring for his girlfriend. Even though we are in London and did everything via email etc. Gavin was amazing and produced the most fantastic ring. My son picked one from his website and Gavin totally reworked it for us and I really do not think I have ever seen such a clean diamond ever!!!! Totally stunning put into rose gold and of course my son fell in love with the fitted wedding ring combo so Gavin did that for us as well. After searching in so many shops in London we found Gavin online, went to meet him. He sourced by far the best diamond we had seen for our ring - and we had seen a fair few! I wanted an antique looking ring and gave Gavin a design which I had drawn. He produced a ring which was so much more amazing than we could have hoped for! I absolutely love it, there isn't a thing about it that I would change, and it is exactly what I described to Gavin. The quality of the tiny and detailed work around the band that I wanted is stunning. Gavin is great at giving advice about the design of your ring and I would say to trust that he is extremely highly skilled. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. I contacted Gavin after recommendation from a friend and am so happy with my ring. My engagement ring is a very unusual shape and wanted a wedding band to fit around it. The process was so easy and simple. I posted my ring to Gavin and he drew up some designs and offered some ideas. Once I had chosen the design Gavin made a wax model and sent me pictures throughout the process. When he came to the finish product I loved the ring, but was not sure about the colour of one of the stones - Gavin was more than happy to change this for me and the ring was sent back to me the next day. Gavin made the whole experience of choosing wedding rings a really enjoyable one. He accomodated our busy working schedules by meeting us at whatever time suited us including on evenings and weekends. When we weren't sure about what rings would work for us, Gavin gave us some great guidance which helped us to choose some lovely bespoke rings that Gavin created especially for us. Gavin's prices were extremely competitive and he offered great value for money. The final product was fantastic and we're both delighted with our unique rings. We got in touch with Gavin after he was recommended to us by friends, and so glad we did! We are very happy with both of our wedding rings and I now have one that fits perfectly with my engagement ring, something I was struggling to find at any high-street jewellers. Gavin was helpful, friendly and gave great advice on how best to design the rings, even putting my partner at ease with wearing a ring for the first time in his life! I contacted Gavin after seeing this website as I was looking for a fitted wedding ring to be made to fit my unusually shaped engagement ring. I had contacted other jewellers but was shocked at how expensive the quotes were and how long they needed to retain my engagement ring for (6 weeks). From the moment we met Gavin he provided honest advice on how to design the ring and the best metals to use. He had my engagement ring for just one week and in that time created the wax model. He also returned my engagement ring recoated and polished, looking like new for no cost! We were so impressed we ordered both of our rings from Gavin, and they took a couple of weeks to make. We collected our rings yesterday and we are both so pleased with them. Mine could not be a closer match to my engagement ring, its perfect! I could not recommend Gavin highly enough, he made both our wedding rings & we were delighted. Ever the professional, I have been using GAVIN MACK for years now, he has made stunning rings for me, and when given a budget he works so hard to create a unique masterpiece! He has a great imagination if you are unsure of what you want, or you are looking for a gift, and equally he will do exactly what you ask if you know what you want.
