Gavin has been so helpful and patient guiding me through a lot of different options. Due to me being out of the area, the consultations were via phone/WhatsApp. Gavin managed to source beautiful stones to add to an existing ring. I initially decided to contact him after viewing the website and realising there was nothing I didn't like! I'd been scrolling through many other jewellery websites over many months, impressed with one or two pieces, but when I saw Gavin's website I realised I loved ALL of it! I would definitely recommend Gavin's work and wouldn't hesitate to get further pieces made in the same way if unable to visit Birmingham. Gavin conmunucates and explains everything really well throughout, clarifying requests and sending photos at the different stages of the jewellery making process. I ended up with exactly what I requested without even visiting the store Thank you to Gavin for your brilliant craftsmanship!

I wanted to create a single Welsh dragon gold signet ring from two rings owned by my parents, which had deep sentimental value. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted but needed to find someone special to do the work as it needed to be done from a distance under lockdown. After a long search I found Gavin’s web site and really liked what I saw. I discussed in detail with Gavin what I wanted and having agreed a way forward, Gavin kept me involved in the process the whole way through with regular updates and pictures at different points in the process. He checked things out at every stage before proceeding. The ring is absolutely stunning and has totally exceeded my expectations. He took our sketchy ideas and developed them into 4 beautiful rings, involving us throughout. Gavin made me a beautiful gold ring with Diamonds and Tzavorites. I originally asked for emeralds but Gavin recommended the Tzavorites as an alternative. Today I've collected my 'new' engagement ring, an upgrade of my older engagement ring, made especially to celebrate our upcoming 25th anniversary. I contacted Gavin to help me after a diamond fell out of my engagement ring.Gavin was extremely helpful and provided me with a few options on how to repair my ring. Having met Gavin he is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and keen to support you in your decisions. Gavin replaced my diamond, cleaned my ring and made my engagement ring look beautiful!! All of this was done in just over a week!!
