Today I've collected my 'new' engagement ring, an upgrade of my older engagement ring, made especially to celebrate our upcoming 25th anniversary. Gavin took my vague ideas and a dream for a beautiful new ring design and, combined with his experience and creativity, has produced an absolutely stunning ring! Thank you Gavin for your patience and wise input as I came to you with some ideas but you helped to put it all together in a quality finished product. I contacted Gavin to help me after a diamond fell out of my engagement ring.Gavin was extremely helpful and provided me with a few options on how to repair my ring. Having met Gavin he is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and keen to support you in your decisions. Gavin replaced my diamond, cleaned my ring and made my engagement ring look beautiful!! All of this was done in just over a week!!
I would highly recommend Gavin if you are considering using his services!! I can't thank you enough for reparing what is a very special ring to me and my hubby!! Thank you Gavin!!

My husband and I are not really jewellery people. The few pieces we have mean a lot to us so when I inherited my mothers wedding and engagement rings we wanted to do something special with them as my mother had requested. We choose Gavin purely by looking on the internet and liking the feel of his site.
Gavin was so patient and helpful throughout the process. He listened to my ideas and suggested designs he then took the time to find some beautiful additional gems. The ring is everythIng we hoped it would be and more it’s so beautiful and has been admired by everyone we know

Our daughter had said she would love a signet ring for her 21st Birthday. So we visited Gavin Mack with a vague idea of what we wanted. Gavin brought our vision to life, its delicate, classy - yet contemporary and not at all masculine. We are are over the moon with the finished ring. As a widow I'd stopped wearing my wedding and engagement rings. Eventually though, I thought it would be nice to wear them again and share the gold and gems with my daughter. We hoped it would be possible to have an identical pair of "pinkie" rings made and I was confident that Gavin was the man to help us do this. My late husband and I had met Gavin some years ago, and were impressed with his fantastic work - and the care he took of his clients. So my daughter and I went to see Gavin to discuss our ideas, and within a short space of time we had a plan. Gavin would create contemporary, chunky rings with a hammered finish and a single diamond in a rub-over setting - ideal for wearing as a "pinkie" ring. Gavin then suggested using the remaining sapphire in a pendant, which was a great idea as I already had a chain I could wear it on. A few weeks later, we collected our beautiful rings and the pendant. We are absolutely delighted with what Gavin has created for us - he was so easy to deal with, had great ideas and made what could have been a difficult process very easy. We both wear our rings every day, and it's lovely to share this piece of the past in a new and different way. And, of course, one day my daughter will own both rings and the pendant, and these precious pieces will be together once more. Big thanks to Gavin - we cannot recommend you highly enough! Gavin helped me design the perfect engagement ring for my now wife, along with making both of our wedding bands. He completely took on board exactly what I was looking for, and with his experience and skill he produced exactly what I was looking for. A wonderful engagement ring to compliment my beautiful wife. The overall experience from start to finish was absolutely brilliant, and me and my wife are over the moon with Gavin's craftsmanship, as all three rings definitely have the ''wow'' factor about them.
My wife and I can't speak highly enough of Gavin, and will be definitely be pointing friends and family in his direction.

Working with Gavin on the design of our wedding rings was such a pleasure. He was very knowledgeable and completely took on board my ideas for my wedding ring. My Fiance didn't really know what he wanted, so Gavin helped show him different options so he could narrow down what he really liked. Gavin is such a nice guy and appreciated that this was a special and important part of our wedding, something we never felt when we initially went shopping on the High Street.
